Placing An Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Stripe, Shopify Pay, Diner's Club, Venmo, ApplePay, PayPal and Google Pay.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout after entering the shipping address. All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.
At this time, we do not accept PO Boxes for delivery.
Signature Requests For Delivery
To ensure the security of your purchase, a signature is available for delivery. If for any reason you are unavailable to sign for your purchase, Courier will make several delivery attempts.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Belli-Belle c/o Belle + Associates, LLC. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Occasionally carriers experience service disruptions that will result in delayed shipments. Please allow 5 business days for delay issues to resolve.
Tracking A Shipment
After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees on all orders shipping to California, Georgia, Texas, and New York addresses.
Applying a Discount Code
Simply enter the promo code during the checkout process and the discount will be applied. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in combination with any other offer, including Rewards vouchers. Promotion codes are not case sensitive. Limit one (1) promotional code per order.
Q: What do i do if my order does not arrive?
A: Once we have dispatched the goods, we will e-mail you. If you haven't received your order within specified time of delivery requested please e-mail at email@example.com
Q: Is my online transaction safe?
A: Yes, credit card orders are processes through Paypal business, GooglePay, Stripe or your bank services.
Q: Can I return earrings?
A: Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.
Q: What if I receive wrong item or missing an item?
